We offer both Individual and Group mentoring that can be used towards an ICF Accreditation

Small group learning can be a very potent and inexpensive way to experience the benefits of mentoring for your ICF credential. Numbers are kept low – there will be a maximum of 12 coaches per group. This ensures plenty of time for you and enhances your learning experience.
How it Works: You will participate in a series of 8 one hour group sessions that meet by phone every two weeks. After the 8 one-hour group sessions, there will be 2 additional private sessions that will be devoted to observing you coach and providing you feedback. We then will provide you with the two reference letters that are required for your ICF credential*.
When: The next group session starts March 11, 2008. The last two sessions will be scheduled on an individual basis.
Session dates: March 11, March 25, April 15, April 29, May 13, May 27, June 3, June 17.
Time: 8:30am Pacific Time, 11:30am Eastern, 4:30pm UK.
All sessions will be on Tuesdays.
Where: All Coaching is conveniently done over the telephone – there is no wasted time or expense traveling.
Investment: $895 for 8 group and 2 individual sessions. Plus two referral letters* for ICF accreditation.

Personal Individual Mentoring:
Do you prefer to have specific one on one mentoring on your existing or future clients? Using individual mentoring is a great way to develop and sustain coaching competence. The mentoring can be used to encourage the development of specific skills, to explore all that goes on at the interface between coach and client and to give support in respect of recurring or unexpected client material. You will have time to reflect on all aspects of your work, learn new ways to approach client issues and get insightful support. These hours will also fulfill the 10 Mentor hours required by ICF for your PCC or MCC Accreditation!
How it Works: You will participate in a series of 10 - one hour sessions that meet by phone every two weeks. If you are pursuing your ICF credential, the last two sessions will be devoted to observing you coach and we will provide you with the two reference letters* that are required for your credential.
When and Where: Session times are arranged on an individual basis. All Coaching is conveniently done over the telephone – there is no wasted time or expense traveling. Investment: Only $1695.00 for all 10 sessions of individualized mentoring. OR, You may schedule single sessions for $185.00 per session.

Helen Attridge Green has more than 18 years experience in the personal development field. She is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach and she holds the highly regarded Master Certified Coach Credential through the International Coaching Federation. Helen was a Director, Facilitator, and Coach for the Hoffman Institute and she is one of the 75 personal/professional life coaches trained in the proven tools and techniques of Anthony Robbins. Helen is also a Facilitator/Coach for Womensquest Outdoor Adventure company. Helen's international and varied life experience enables her to have an open-minded approach that supports the goal of assisting others to reach their utmost potential.
